  • Processing fees vary based on quantity smoked/processed (i.e., ham, bacon, sausage)
  • Cuts from a whole pig will fit in a 7.0 cubic chest freezer with room to spare!

We raise Berkshire and Gloucestershire Old Spots on pasture, finishing them in an oak tree grove where they can feast on acorns that drop in the fall. These heritage breeds are excellent grazers and enjoy grasses and legumes. They produce a well marbled meat that is consistently sweet, tender, juicy and delicious.
